This is a digital gift card redeemable only for barbering services, including all haircut services offered at Maliway Barbershop.
• Not valid for products, merchandise, tips, or cash equivalents.
Gift cards are delivered digitally via email or SMS.
• No physical card will be issued.
Digital gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or store credit.
All digital gift card purchases are final sale.
• Once delivered, gift cards cannot be refunded, cancelled, or reversed.
Maliway Barbershop is not responsible for digital gift cards that are:
• Lost • Deleted • Sent to the wrong email address or phone number due to customer error
Digital gift cards are valid exclusively at Maliway Barbershop.
• Not transferable for commercial or resale purposes.
Digital gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed at any time, in accordance with Quebec consumer protection standards.
Gift cards must be redeemed with a booked appointment.
• Walk‑in redemption is not guaranteed.
Gift cards are redeemed based on their dollar value, not a guaranteed service.
• If service prices increase, the card holder is responsible for the difference.
If the full value is not used in one visit:
• The remaining balance stays on the digital gift card • The balance may be applied to future services
Digital gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
Maliway Barbershop reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraud, abuse, duplication, or unauthorized use is suspected.
Maliway Barbershop reserves the right to update these gift card terms at any time.
